These services do not constitute medical care and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed physician or other licensed healthcare provider.

805 Wellness/Equine and its practitioners do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. No statements or representations made during a session should be construed as medical advice.

Clients are advised to seek appropriate medical evaluation prior to receiving services, particularly if they have a known or suspected medical condition, injury, or are pregnant or under medical supervision.

By receiving services, the client represents that they have disclosed all relevant health information and assume full responsibility for their participation. The client understands that results may vary and that no guarantees of outcome are made.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless 805 Wellness/ Equine and its practitioners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The services provided by 805 Wellness/Equine for horses are complementary, non-veterinary wellness services intended to support relaxation, mobility, and general well-being. These services are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or care.

805 Wellness/Equine and its practitioners do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions in animals. No statements or representations made during a session should be interpreted as veterinary advice.

The owner or responsible party represents that the horse is under the care of a licensed veterinarian and that any existing injuries, lameness, or medical concerns have been properly evaluated.

The owner or responsible party agrees to disclose all relevant medical history, behavioral issues, and recent changes in the horse’s condition and assumes full responsibility for the horse during and after the session.
